What you will do

• Generate new revenue by acquiring multi-property groups and collections across the EMEA region.
• Manage a portfolio of high-growth existing groups to increase property penetration and revenue.
• Lead consultative commercial negotiations to secure long-term partnerships.
• Identify and nurture high-value sales opportunities from a defined target list.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver tailored technology solutions.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
• Extensive experience in consultative sales, preferably within technology or the hospitality sector.
• Proven track record in closing large-scale deals (>$1m new business).
• Deep understanding of the hotel industry and travel technology landscape.
• Ability to navigate complex buying structures and influence multiple stakeholders.
