What you will do

• Be accountable for hirify.global’s service delivery into a portfolio of the most strategic accounts.
• Work with a range of customers, negotiating SaaS deals on their behalf.
• Work closely with the hirify.global account management and sales teams to maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Develop software commercial category strategies, jointly targeting the areas of greatest commercial benefit.
• Work with C suite, and senior stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their requirements, purchase objectives and technology strategy.

Requirements

• Clear, confident, and compelling communicator in writing, in conversation, and in front of C-suite stakeholders.
• Able to provide strategic insight to customers, understanding their challenges, pain points, and opportunities.
• Bring real negotiation expertise to the role, with an in-depth knowledge of the available levers to pull and strategies to employ to get the best result across from SaaS vendors.
• Expert in the project management of commercial processes.
• Bring commercial experience in an indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, or procurement consulting experience.
• Category experience in technology (including SaaS) is highly preferred.
