TL;DR
SDR (Inbound) (Sales): Qualifying inbound leads and scheduling consultations with Account Directors with an accent on identifying prospective customers' needs and providing information about ’s value proposition. Focus on consultative conversations with Office Managers, CFOs, and Travel Managers to understand their challenges and present ’s solutions.
Location: Hybrid in Barcelona. Must be based within commuting distance of 's hubs. Relocation support to one of 's hubs is available.

What you will do
- Respond quickly to inbound leads from the website, chat, email, and marketing campaigns.
- Qualify inbound prospects and schedule consultations with Account Directors.
- Identify and assess the needs of prospective customers, providing clear information about ’s value proposition.
- Maintain accurate lead records and interactions in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with marketing to improve lead flow and qualification processes.
- Engage in consultative conversations with Office Managers, CFOs, and Travel Managers to understand their challenges and present ’s solutions.
Requirements
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal; native French language skills and high English proficiency are required.
- Ability to quickly build rapport and credibility with leads through excellent listening and consultative skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Resilient, proactive, and results-driven with sound judgement and integrity.
- Eager to learn and collaborate as part of a team.
- Legal authorisation to work in Spain is required.
