What you will do
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of seven outbound SDRs across EMEA to hit pipeline targets.
- Define and execute outbound strategy aligned with sales and marketing objectives, focusing on purposeful, personalized prospecting.
- Monitor performance data, manage operations like reviews and pipelining, and optimize processes using Salesforce and Salesloft.
- Collaborate with EMEA sales leadership, marketing, and enablement to prioritize territories and ensure qualified handoffs.
- Build a culture of accountability, improvement, and career progression, acting as a role model for outbound excellence.
Requirements
- Native-level English for communication with stakeholders.
- Substantial experience managing outbound SDR teams to pipeline targets.
- Deep knowledge of outbound sales: sequencing, personalisation, prospecting, and qualification.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, and sales metrics for coaching and improvements.
- Experience in international fast-paced SaaS/technology business and cross-functional collaboration.
- Passion for coaching and developing reps into sales roles.

- Quota-carrying AE experience.
- Professional French skills.
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, or similar tools.
- Managing across multiple EMEA territories.
- Google Workspace proficiency.
