What you will do

• Own the daily workplace environment and ensure it delivers a 7-star experience to all employees.
• Manage office resources, including supplies, equipment, and furniture.
• Monitor contracted services (food & beverage, maintenance, cleaning, security, etc.) to ensure optimal costs and service quality.
• Support workplace-related projects and internal events, managing logistics and execution.
• Handle administrative tasks including invoice processing, purchase order tracking, and budget control.
• Maintain a critical eye on workplace operations, looking for ways to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
