TL;DR

Senior Manager, Sales Operations: Leading the Sales Operations team and driving operational excellence across the sales funnel with an accent on optimizing processes, playbooks, and data to maximize growth. Focus on improving rep efficiency, pipeline generation, conversion rates, and deal velocity for a global sales organization.

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona. Must be based within commuting distance of hirify.global's Barcelona hub.

What you will do

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Sales Operations professionals.
  • Oversee the operational effectiveness of the full sales funnel, from lead to signature.
  • Build, implement, and continuously improve sales processes to support SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise sales motions.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to roll out and operationalize a standardized sales methodology.
  • Design, implement, and optimize sales operating rhythms for SDR and AE teams.
  • Partner with Revenue Systems to define business requirements and ensure tools and technology are aligned with sales needs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations within a B2B SaaS scale-up.
  • 3+ years managing and developing high-performing RevOps teams.
  • Track record of designing, implementing, and optimizing sales processes with a focus on scalability.
  • Experience implementing and embedding a sales methodology in partnership with Sales Enablement.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce and related RevOps tech stack (Outreach, Gong, etc.).
