Location: Must be based within commuting distance of hirify.global's hubs. This role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs in Berlin or Munich.

What you will do

• Create scalable solutions and provide guidance on solution architecture, often involving integrations with key ERP systems.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical design and architecture for hirify.global’s spend management solution.
• Ensure solutions align with accounting best practices, financial controls, and operational realities.
• Take a lead role in the onboarding, coaching, and continuous development of Solutions Consultants.
• Maintain good knowledge of complex enterprise IT landscapes, including on-premise vs. cloud ERP, security protocols, and API strategies.

Requirements

• Languages: Fluency in English and German is required.
• 7-10 years of successful experience in Sales Engineering or Solution Consulting for complex B2B SaaS solutions, with at least 2 years in a lead or mentoring capacity.
• Good understanding of enterprise accounting processes, global financial controls, and shared service center operations.
• Good understanding of complex ERP landscapes (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Netsuite, Microsoft etc.) and integration architectures (APIs, middleware, SFTP).
• Comfortable in presenting value propositions to C-level executives in Global 2000 type companies.
