What you will do

• Coach customers and partners on the hirify.global ESG Reporting Solution with a practical, impact-oriented approach.
• Deliver onboarding trainings for new customers, partners, and colleagues.
• Provide structured and empathetic post-go-live support to customers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for ESG data collection, ESRS disclosures, and report configuration.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support teams by feeding back customer insights from the field.
• Stay current on CSRD/ESRS developments and translate them into actionable guidance.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as consulting, SaaS implementation, or training.
• Basic to solid understanding of ESG reporting frameworks (ESRS/CSRD).
• Excellent German (C1+ mandatory) and English (C1) proficiency.
• Legal right to work in Germany.
• Strong technical affinity and ability to learn and explain new software quickly.
• University degree or equivalent experience in sustainability, business, finance, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS platforms or data-driven reporting tools.
• Background in corporate sustainability management or financial reporting.
• Hands-on professional experience with AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT.
