What you will do

• Onboard, train, and provide continuous technical education and enablement to assigned partners.
• Build and nurture relationships with consultants and leadership at assigned partners.
• Drive partner success and positive client experience by ensuring partners have the tools and support to conduct successful client implementations.
• Manage partner implementation pipeline and track progress of client implementations conducted by partners.
• Coordinate cross-functionally and execute on partner strategy.
• Oversee quality assurance of client implementations and partner consultants recruitment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of public accounting experience.
• BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles.
• ACA preferred, or ACA eligible.
• Strong client-facing experience preferred.
• Visa sponsorship is NOT available at this time.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of experience in partner implementation or partner management role.
• Experience using Learning Management Systems.
• Experience using Customer Success/Experience systems.
• Experience using Salesforce.
• Strong working knowledge of hirify.global as well as experience with implementing hirify.global.
