Location: Must be based within commuting distance of our hubs in Barcelona or London.

What you will do

• Own pricing and packaging end-to-end, turning market insights into clear commercial options for Sales teams.
• Build and maintain revenue capacity and productivity models to diagnose performance gaps and inform business decisions.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve how hirify.global sells, prices, and executes.
• Develop toolkits and playbooks to help Sales leaders handle complex deal situations.
• Partner with Finance to align assumptions, targets, and planning cycles.

Requirements

• Pricing & packaging experience in a B2B SaaS business with meaningful ownership of strategy, execution, and outcomes.
• Strong financial modeling skills, including advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Commercial operator mindset with a bias for action and the ability to prioritize and execute quickly.
• Experience at meaningful scale (post €/$100m ARR).
• Ability to communicate clearly and drive outcomes in a cross-functional environment.
