TL;DR

Senior Brand and Integrated Campaigns Manager (SaaS): Owns and drives brand marketing, campaign strategy, media, and execution across the US, building a bold B2B brand. Focus on shaping the brand and delivering integrated, full-funnel campaigns that build brand and drive measurable pipeline impact.

Location: Must be based within commuting distance of hirify.global's hubs.

Salary: $136,000 - $160,000 per year.

What you will do

  • Lead the brand and campaign strategy, planning, and execution of hirify.global’s integrated campaigns, spanning brand awareness, top-of-funnel demand, and pipeline acceleration.
  • Build full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns across outdoor advertising, radio and digital audio, paid social, video, digital video, and CTV.
  • Bring a deep understanding of the North American media landscape, audiences, and buying behaviors.
  • Collaborate closely with Digital Marketing, Creative, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and external agencies to define objectives, shape messaging, and oversee creative development.
  • Define success metrics and KPIs spanning brand, engagement, demand, and pipeline.
  • Own and manage campaign and media budgets for North America, ensuring efficient investment and clear ROI.

Requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience in integrated marketing, brand building and campaign leadership, ideally within B2B SaaS or high-growth technology companies.
  • Proven track record of delivering full-funnel campaigns in North America that drive measurable outcomes across brand, demand, and pipeline.
  • Demonstrable experience working across brand building campaigns, media buying and paid, earned, and owned channels, with confidence across formats including video, audio, OOH, and CTV.
  • Experience of managing brand budgets and implementing measurement approaches such as incrementality studies, lift studies and MMM to understand the effect of brand marketing.
  • Must be based within commuting distance of hirify.global's hubs.
