What you will do
- Lead the brand and campaign strategy, planning, and execution of ’s integrated campaigns, spanning brand awareness, top-of-funnel demand, and pipeline acceleration.
- Build full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns across outdoor advertising, radio and digital audio, paid social, video, digital video, and CTV.
- Bring a deep understanding of the North American media landscape, audiences, and buying behaviors.
- Collaborate closely with Digital Marketing, Creative, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and external agencies to define objectives, shape messaging, and oversee creative development.
- Define success metrics and KPIs spanning brand, engagement, demand, and pipeline.
- Own and manage campaign and media budgets for North America, ensuring efficient investment and clear ROI.
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience in integrated marketing, brand building and campaign leadership, ideally within B2B SaaS or high-growth technology companies.
- Proven track record of delivering full-funnel campaigns in North America that drive measurable outcomes across brand, demand, and pipeline.
- Demonstrable experience working across brand building campaigns, media buying and paid, earned, and owned channels, with confidence across formats including video, audio, OOH, and CTV.
- Experience of managing brand budgets and implementing measurement approaches such as incrementality studies, lift studies and MMM to understand the effect of brand marketing.
- Must be based within commuting distance of 's hubs.
