Salary: $95,000 – $120,000

What you will do

• Plan and execute integrated marketing programs across events, campaigns, and digital channels.
• Coordinate all logistics and operations for field events, conferences, and company-hosted experiences.
• Manage webinars and virtual programming, including speaker coordination and promotional efforts.
• Assist in the execution of campaign launches by managing marketing assets and project timelines.
• Oversee direct mail and gifting initiatives tailored to enterprise marketing programs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth program delivery.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, community engagement, or program coordination.
• Must be able to work from the San Francisco HQ 4 days per week.
• Strong organizational and project management skills for handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to travel up to 10% for events.
