- Serve as the primary point of contact for regional customers, collaborating with internal teams to ensure product value realization.
- Manage the full contract renewal cycle, from negotiation to signature, focusing on high ARR retention.
- Identify whitespace and create value-based presentations to drive upgrades and cross-selling across the portfolio.
- Devise and execute comprehensive account strategies to maximize growth within the enterprise segment.
- Provide high-touch customer service and coordinate support escalations to ensure continued account health.
- Deliver product feedback to the internal Product Management team based on customer requirements.
Требования
- Full sales cycle experience in account management or net new business, specifically targeting technical audiences.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Strong understanding of sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC or Sandler.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for high-level client presentations.
- German fluency (written and spoken) is required.
- Ability to manage diverse daily tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
