What you will do

• Lead product demonstrations for critical deals involving operations, payroll, and talent products.
• Develop and manage in-depth certification programs to train and enable sales team peers.
• Shorten ramp-up time for new hires through targeted coaching and onboarding support.
• Analyze competitor strategies and market needs to provide actionable insights for product development.
• Facilitate smooth transitions from the sales process to customer activation and post-sales support.
• Conduct regular sales training sessions and evaluate team performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field.
• Professional proficiency in both English and German.
• Proven experience as a Business Solutions Consultant or Account Executive.
• Ability to explain complex technical or business concepts clearly.
• Experience in B2B SaaS environments.
