TL;DR

Location: Must be based within commuting distance of London or Barcelona. Relocation assistance available.

What you will do

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of complex programs from initial discovery to global rollout.
  • Act as a strategic bridge between Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure alignment.
  • Proactively identify systemic risks in high-stakes fintech security and travel regulatory landscapes.
  • Refine operational processes to improve integration between critical business departments and the engineering lifecycle.
  • Provide high-level visibility into program health, blockers, and trade-offs for leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in high-growth Fintech, TravelTech, or B2B SaaS environments.
  • Technical depth to partner with engineers on API integrations, financial ledgers, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to manage internal stakeholder matrix, specifically Finance, Legal, and Compliance.
  • Strong systems thinking skills to understand platform-wide impacts of microservice changes.
  • Must be based within commuting distance of London or Barcelona.
  • English proficiency required for official office communication.
