What you will do

• Advise managers and employees across Europe on performance management, career development, and employee relations.
• Implement people programs, processes, and tools aligned with business priorities.
• Lead performance management cycles to ensure fairness and developmental outcomes.
• Manage employee relations matters and investigations in partnership with the global People team.
• Analyze HR reports and metrics to identify trends and recommend innovative solutions.
• Ensure compliance with London employment practices and EMEA labor laws.

Requirements

• 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 5+ years in an HRBP or generalist capacity.
• Deep expertise in London employment practices; knowledge of other EMEA jurisdictions is a plus.
• Proven experience supporting managers in fast-paced, high-growth technology companies.
• Track record of advising leaders and leading HR programs end-to-end.
• High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills.
• Based in or able to work from the London hub.
