What you will do

• Act as a trusted first point of contact for managers and employees.
• Coach managers on performance management, feedback, and day-to-day team challenges.
• Support employee relations matters with guidance from senior P&C leadership.
• Support goal-setting and performance review processes.
• Help improve and maintain HR processes, templates, and documentation.
• Work across teams in Australia, EMEA, and the US.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of HR experience in a generalist or HRBP capacity.
• Experience supporting managers with performance, employee relations, and day-to-day people matters.
• Solid understanding of Australian employment law.
• Practical and grounded HR partner who focuses on solutions, not theory.
• Strong communicator who can build trust with both managers and employees.
• Comfortable in a remote, globally distributed environment.
