What you will do

  • Partner with business leaders to improve team effectiveness and manage day-to-day people decisions.
  • Translate business objectives into actions regarding hiring, engagement, and workforce planning.
  • Advise on performance management and employee relations using sound judgment.
  • Collaborate with Finance and HR leadership on headcount tracking and people data analysis.
  • Support talent initiatives including onboarding, career development, and internal mobility.
  • Analyze people data to identify trends and recommend strategic improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an HR generalist or HRBP role within a fast-moving environment.
  • Solid grounding in core HR areas like employee relations and performance management.
  • Ability to provide business-aligned guidance rather than standard policy-driven answers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Clear communication skills and judgment in handling sensitive information.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.
