TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Nordic Markets): Generating business opportunities and qualifying leads for the Nordic region with an accent on outbound outreach and high-level engagement with key decision-makers. Focus on building a robust sales pipeline, mastering B2B SaaS sales strategies, and articulating the company's value proposition to executive stakeholders.

Location: Must be based within commuting distance of Barcelona. Relocation support to Barcelona is available.

What you will do

  • Research the travel technology landscape to identify and contact potential prospects within Nordic markets.
  • Execute outbound campaigns using phone, email, and social channels to generate interest.
  • Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations for the Sales team.
  • Manage the lead pipeline using Salesforce to track activities and opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to understand end-to-end software solutions.
  • Engage in high-level conversations with C-level executives to present the platform's value.

Requirements

  • Native level of Danish, Finnish, Swedish, or Norwegian required.
  • Professional proficiency in English (C1 equivalent) required.
  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to Barcelona for an in-office hybrid schedule.
  • Proven ability to build credibility over the phone with prospects.
  • Understanding of B2B solution selling with short sales cycles.
  • Proactive mindset and goal-oriented character.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in Business Development or Sales.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
