Salary: $29.30/hour (approx. $60,944/year)

What you will do
- Provide onsite technical support to clinical and non-clinical users.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and VoIP issues.
- Configure and deploy end-user devices including desktops, laptops, and mobile equipment.
- Perform moves, adds, and changes for user accounts and phone systems.
- Support data center operations including equipment racking and vendor escorts.
- Manage service desk tickets in alignment with ITIL best practices.
Requirements
- High School diploma required; 2+ years of experience preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License required for travel to offsite locations.
- Must be able to work onsite in Mobile, Alabama.
- Experience in Data Center Operations.
- Working knowledge of Windows, Apple devices, and networking principles.
- Proficiency with service desk ticketing software like ServiceNow.
Nice to have
- Associate degree in a related field.
- Technical certifications.
- Experience with Cisco Call Manager.
