What you will do

• Monitor production systems in real time to identify and troubleshoot software, hardware, and capacity issues.
• Support daily market operations, including system startup/shutdown, application updates, and recovery processes.
• Collaborate with clients and network providers to resolve connectivity and technical problems.
• Maintain operational documentation and procedures to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with developers and engineering teams to address operations-related challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in technical operations or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Linux administration and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls, load balancing).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship (no H-1B, L-1, etc.).

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Familiarity with scripting (Bash, regex) and tools like GitLab, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Relevant certifications in systems operations or infrastructure management.
