Location: Must work 100% onsite at El Segundo HQ

Salary: $30 – $35 per hour

What you will do

• Provide first-line technical support for software, hardware, networks, and peripherals.
• Manage support requests through Jira to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain IT hardware inventory, including workstations and accessories.
• Coordinate with IT team members on user-facing projects.
• Execute efficient onboarding and offboarding procedures for employees and contractors.
• Develop and document IT processes to support organizational scaling.

Requirements

• 1+ years of professional experience in an IT help desk or associate role.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows devices in consumer or enterprise environments.
• Must work 100% onsite at El Segundo, CA headquarters.
• Must be able to serve in compliance with U.S. export controls (no visa sponsorship available).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail for issue resolution and process improvement.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience in an IT help desk or similar position.
• Proficiency with Office 365, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Intune.
• Experience troubleshooting macOS and Linux platforms.
