Salary: $67,000 - $96,000 yearly

What you will do

• Support the ServiceNow platform strategy and define the roadmap for ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
• Administer and configure core platform features, including users, roles, ACLs, notifications, and workflows.
• Own the configuration and improvement of ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request/Service Catalog.
• Own CMDB strategy, model, and data quality, including CI lifecycle governance.
• Own asset lifecycle processes and platform configuration for hardware and software asset management.
• Design and maintain integrations with monitoring, endpoint, identity, procurement, and financial systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years of related experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow administration and configuration experience, including platform security and SDLC/release practices.
• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering and supporting ITSM capabilities.
• Experience with ITOM and CMDB practices and maintaining data quality.
• Experience with ITAM practices, integrations with procurement/endpoint tools, and reporting for audit, compliance, and optimization.
• Must be ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or obtain certification within an agreed timeframe.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and/or implementation certifications in ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
• ITIL 4 Foundation.
