What you will do
- Own the evolution of the global marketing measurement framework and operational backbone.
- Translate multi-channel performance data into a unified view of revenue and growth contribution.
- Design, build, and optimize scalable reporting systems and dashboards using Looker Studio Pro.
- Partner with Data, RevOps, and BI teams to strengthen data pipelines and integration between marketing platforms and CRM.
- Implement scalable operational solutions to accelerate reporting cycles and reduce friction across global teams.
- Standardize KPI definitions to ensure a shared measurement language across the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or marketing operations.
- Strong expertise in BI tools like Looker and proficiency in SQL for querying/modeling data.
- Experience with marketing tech stacks including CRMs like Salesforce or Hubspot.
- Deep understanding of attribution models, data integrity, and ROI measurement.
- Proven ability to turn complex datasets into decision-ready insights.
- Fluent English is mandatory for this role.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in ad tech, media, or digital marketing environments.
- Hands-on experience with ETL/data fetching tools like Rivery or Funnel IO.
- Experience working with project management tools like Monday.com.
