Clinical Psychotherapist

Location: Remote within Florida, including Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers, Gainesville, Miami, Orlando, Pensacola, Tampa, and West Palm Beach

Salary: $70,000 base annually, with the ability to earn up to $20,000 in incentives

What you will do

• Provide 100% remote outpatient therapy through 60-minute intake and follow-up sessions.
• Manage a consistent caseload of lower to moderate acuity patients, including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, and OCD.
• Make independent treatment decisions using evidence-based clinical approaches.
• Coordinate care through an in-house referral network with psychiatrists.
• Maintain clear documentation and caseload goals with support from scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing teams.

Requirements

• Hold an independent therapy license such as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent.
• Maintain an active, unrestricted license and at least two independent active state licenses, except in California, New York, and Massachusetts.
• Manage a consistent outpatient caseload with strong clinical judgment, communication, and independent decision-making.
• Practice in a fast-paced but sustainable outpatient environment.
• Be prepared for W-2 employment; the role is not intended for supervision toward licensure or a fully self-directed 1099/private practice.

Nice to have

• Experience in outpatient, community mental health, hospital, IOP, PHP, or other structured clinical settings.
• Experience with structured, skills-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, or DBT-informed care.
