International and Operational Genetic Counselor (PGT)

Location: United States (Remote); occasional domestic and/or international travel of less than 10%.

Salary: $76,000–$100,000 per year.

What you will do

• Perform quality assurance reviews of PGT laboratory data, reports, and genetic counseling protocols.
• Support laboratory scientists with complex or non-standard report writing and review PGT-M sub-cycle orders.
• Manage domestic and international PGT-M and PGT-SR cases from enrolment through test completion.
• Conduct genetic counseling consultations covering PGT-M, PGT-SR, and PGT-A procedures, risks, benefits, and limitations.
• Provide clinical and technical support to clinics, patients, hirify.global staff, clients, and external genetic counselors.
• Contribute to product improvement, training, research initiatives, meetings, and continuing education.

Requirements

• English/Spanish bilingual proficiency, including reading and writing in both languages.
• Three years of relevant genetic counseling experience, including at least one year in a laboratory setting.
• Master’s degree in Genetic Counseling or a similar field from an ABGC-accredited institution or international equivalent.
• Board registration with the ABGC or an equivalent organization.
• Knowledge of clinical, molecular, and population genetics, with strong communication, organizational, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Private home office space is required for the remote work environment.
