Child and Adolescent Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)

Location: Royersford, Pennsylvania; hybrid positions are also available in Collegeville and Royersford, Pennsylvania. Onsite attendance is required for the applicable employment tracks. Core availability is required after 3:00 PM ET on weekdays and/or weekends.

Salary: $50,000–$110,000 USD base range. Other compensation includes $85 per completed clinical session for 1099 contractors and an $80 per-session incentive for eligible part-time employees.

What you will do

• Provide evidence-based virtual and in-person therapy to children, adolescents, young adults ages 2–26, and their caregivers.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families and support engagement in treatment.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic approaches that support long-term progress.
• Deliver compassionate, family-centered care alongside an interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in scheduled clinical consultation and peer support.

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• At least one year of experience working with children and adolescents.
• At least one year of telehealth or virtual-setting experience.
• Availability after 3:00 PM ET on weekdays and/or weekends.
• Commitment to family-centered, high-touch care.
