Location: Must be based in Ohio, Cincinnati, OH; Columbus, OH; Toledo, OH

Salary: $70K base salary with the ability to earn up to $20k in incentives $70K – $90K

What you will do

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient therapy to lower to moderate acuity populations (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD).
• Conduct standard session lengths (60-minute intakes and follow-ups).
• Manage a consistent outpatient caseload with defined, transparent goals.
• Collaborate with in-house referral network to/from psychiatrists.
• Utilize full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing.

Requirements

• Independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent).
• Active, unrestricted license (multi-state licensing support available).
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (except for CA, NY and MA).
• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and independent decision-making.
• Comfort practicing in a fast-paced but sustainable outpatient environment.

Nice to have

• Experience from outpatient, community mental health, hospital, IOP, or other structured clinical settings.
• Experience with structured, skills-based modalities (ex. CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care).
