What you will do

• Define and manage privacy program roadmaps, including milestones, timelines, and KPIs.
• Partner with engineering, legal, and data teams to ensure privacy requirements are integrated into system design.
• Build and scale data governance programs, covering lifecycle management and access controls.
• Lead planning and executive reporting processes for multi-initiative privacy efforts.
• Translate complex technical systems into clear, actionable plans for cross-functional execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of system design concepts and technical problem solving.
• Ability to present complex technical information to senior leadership.
• Experience building privacy programs with defined metrics and milestones.
• Must be based in the New York City area.
• In-office attendance required at least 3 days per week.
