What you will do

• Lead and manage comprehensive cybersecurity programs across the organization.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to prioritize and deliver security solutions.
• Define, develop, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and industry standards including ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, FedRAMP, and NIST 800-53.
• Develop strategies for issue and risk mitigation, contingency planning, and compliance.
• Present complex technical challenges and resolutions to leadership and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or a related leadership role.
• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Risk Management or Cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of security and audit frameworks such as SOC 2, PCI, ISO, and FedRAMP.
• Proven ability to bridge the gap between Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, or CGEIT.
• Experience with PMP methodology.
