Compensation: $100k - $500k (including base and variable compensation)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary interface between customers and internal engineering/architecture teams.
• Translate customer requirements into detailed execution plans.
• Lead coordinated SoC development programs to ensure delivery of customer requirements.
• Balance program management discipline with technical depth to enable customer success.
• Drive alignment across internal teams while managing customer priorities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management, ideally in CPU, SoC, IP, or AI hardware programs.
• Strong technical background in RISC-V, server CPU, or SoC architecture.
• Proven ability to lead customer-facing programs and track deliverables.
• Strong skills in project scheduling, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology (EAR compliance).
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Santa Clara, CA.
