Salary: $50,000 base + $45,000 variable target (uncapped commission)

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales journey from initial outreach to signed contract for single-location customers.
  • Drive growth through high-volume cold calls, emails, texts, and social media outreach.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations showcasing value for health, wellness, and beauty businesses.
  • Track all interactions and opportunities with precision in tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Act as a trusted consultant to help prospective clients identify best-fit solutions.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of sales experience in a SaaS environment strongly preferred.
  • Proven record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
  • Confidence and persistence in high-volume outbound calling and cold outreach.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections empathetically.
  • Tech-savvy mindset with proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
