What you will do
- Source and secure new sales opportunities through high-volume cold calls, emails, and inbound lead follow-ups.
- Research and prospect new studio, gym, and wellness partners to drive geographic expansion.
- Manage your sales pipeline effectively using CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Identify and implement creative, engaging ways to build lasting relationships with business owners and staff.
- Collaborate with management to refine sales strategies and share best practices across the team.
- Consistently achieve and surpass monthly performance metrics and sales targets.
Requirements
- Full professional proficiency in English required
- Proven track record in full-cycle sales roles with deal-closing experience
- Comfortable managing a high volume of daily phone calls, emails, and social media outreach
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms
- Exceptional listening, questioning, and communication skills
- Strong time management, multitasking, and goal-oriented focus
