What you will do

  • Source and secure new sales opportunities through high-volume cold calls, emails, and inbound lead follow-ups.
  • Research and prospect new studio, gym, and wellness partners to drive geographic expansion.
  • Manage your sales pipeline effectively using CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Identify and implement creative, engaging ways to build lasting relationships with business owners and staff.
  • Collaborate with management to refine sales strategies and share best practices across the team.
  • Consistently achieve and surpass monthly performance metrics and sales targets.

Requirements

  • Full professional proficiency in English required
  • Proven track record in full-cycle sales roles with deal-closing experience
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of daily phone calls, emails, and social media outreach
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms
  • Exceptional listening, questioning, and communication skills
  • Strong time management, multitasking, and goal-oriented focus
