What you will do

• Support financial planning, reporting, and analysis for core and emerging EMEA markets.
• Develop and optimize BI dashboards to monitor promotional ROI and pricing strategies.
• Build financial models to assess new market opportunities and product launches across EMEA.
• Partner with commercial leadership to manage trade spend and optimize promotional activities by brand and region.
• Generate actionable insights from diverse data sources to inform real-time business decisions for senior leadership.
• Identify and implement process automation to enhance the efficiency and scalability of financial reporting.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or accounting, preferably in consumer products or manufacturing.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and margin analysis within an international or multi-market context.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data visualization tools such as Excel and Power BI.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales and commercial teams.
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex financial data to senior leadership.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office 3 days per week.
