What you will do

• Act as a finance business partner providing strategic financial guidance and analysis to stakeholders.
• Lead the preparation of financial models, annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Analyze KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations to drive business decisions.
• Collaborate with HR and department heads to develop accurate headcount plans and scenario analyses.
• Design and monitor internal controls to ensure financial compliance and risk mitigation.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in FP&A with a focus on business partnering roles.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, ERP systems, and Power BI.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and influence stakeholders at all levels.
