What you will do

• Build deep relationships with Sales and Marketing to serve as their strategic and trusted financial partner.
• Build, own, and continually refine the foundational GTM FP&A infrastructure.
• Design and implement a robust GTM analytics framework, collaborating with Business and Data Analytics teams.
• Drive financial discipline and operational maturity within the Sales and Marketing organizations.
• Own the GTM-specific inputs for the Annual and Long-term Planning cycles.
• Contribute to executive, board, and investor reporting, delivering strategic insights.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience with prior experience supporting GTM functions in a high growth tech company.
• Highly driven self-starter with a builder’s mindset.
• Outstanding communication skills, with a track record of distilling data into narratives.
• Expert-level financial modeling and analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets). Familiarity with SQL, SFDC, NetSuite, and Pigment is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and prioritize effectively.
• Excited about AI and passionate about building a landmark, generational tech company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA preferred though not required
