What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with cross-functional business partners and stakeholders.
• Deliver actionable quantitative and qualitative analysis to support product launches and strategic decisions.
• Enhance financial processes including forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Analyze operational performance against KPIs and report on business drivers to senior leadership.
• Maintain long-term financial models and monitor underlying assumptions.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation by leveraging AI and data-driven approaches.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a financial or analytical role.
• Proven background at a high-growth tech company, ideally in Fintech, Crypto, investment banking, or consulting.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling and proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to manage complex data sets.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial stories to non-financial stakeholders.
• High sense of urgency and ability to proactively propose solutions in ambiguous environments.
