What you will do

• Develop, implement, and support FinOps automation for all company reconciliation processes.
• Propose and implement new ideas to improve and create efficient FinOps workflows.
• Identify and report technical issues within the automated reconciliation platform.
• Execute corrective actions to resolve financial differences and reported deficiencies.
• Collaborate closely with the FinOps team and other cross-functional departments.

Requirements

• Must be based in Montevideo or Buenos Aires for hybrid work.
• 2+ years of experience in Projects, QA testing, auditing, or reconciliations, preferably in multinational companies.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to manipulate large datasets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Accounting, or a similar field.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
