What you will do

• Lead, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, paid social, display, remarketing) to drive measurable ROI.
• Plan, implement, and track digital marketing campaigns (email marketing, social media, content, paid campaigns).
• Conduct market and competitor research, analyze trends, and identify growth opportunities.
• Write, proofread, and edit SEO-driven content independently.
• Brainstorm and develop creative marketing campaigns for both hirify.global and hirify.global Studios clients.
• Manage multiple projects in parallel while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Requirements

• 4+ years of digital marketing experience across multiple channels (PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, content creation).
• Proven experience managing and scaling PPC campaigns (Google Ads and paid social) with clear, data-backed results.
• Proven problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
• Experience working remotely and managing time effectively across multiple projects.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear, engaging, and SEO-optimized content independently.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with email automation, lead generation for B2B and influencer marketing.
• Familiarity with WordPress, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, or CRM tools.
