What you will do

• Own the planning, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns.
• Build and manage automated customer journeys and audience segmentation within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Write and edit high-quality, SEO-optimized blog content aligned with brand messaging.
• Develop and adapt social media copy to support broader marketing objectives.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics like open rates, CTRs, and conversions.
• Translate performance data into actionable recommendations to improve future results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of marketing experience with a focus on email automation.
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, etc.).
• Strong capability in writing professional content for blogs, SEO, and social media.
• English language proficiency required (all communication and resumes in English).
• Familiarity with SQL or AMPscript for platform technical needs.

Nice to have

• B2B marketing experience.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email formatting.
• Prior experience in high-performance analytics environments.
