What you will do

• Launch and optimize Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns.
• Scale prospecting DemandGen campaigns from scratch to profitability.
• Manage Search and Performance Max (PMax) campaigns to ensure scalable growth.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives in close collaboration with the Creative team.
• Develop performance reports and dashboards using Google Sheets and internal BI systems.
• Analyze funnel performance to identify opportunities for efficiency improvement and scale.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Demand Generation campaigns focused on performance objectives.
• Proven experience with video and static creatives using tCPA and tROAS bidding strategies.
• Solid experience in managing and optimizing Search and PMax campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• English: B2 or higher
• Russian: C1+
