What you will do

• Create and optimize titles, bullet points, and A+ content to improve SEO and conversion rates.
• Manage Amazon listings, monitoring for suppressions and updating backend search terms.
• Create and manage coupons, deals, and promotional campaigns while reporting performance.
• Manage Amazon Creator and Influencer connections for product collaborations.
• Open and resolve Seller Central cases, addressing policy warnings and Brand Registry issues.
• Provide customer support by managing buyer messages, returns, and A-to-Z claims.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon policies and operational best practices.
• Experience with listing management, account health monitoring, and customer support.
• Excellent written English and communication skills.
• Ability to work within the 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST time zone.
