What you will do

• Create and optimize product listings, including SEO titles, bullet points, and A+ content structure.
• Monitor account health dashboards daily to track policy violations and prevent suppression risks.
• Manage promotional activities, including the creation and performance reporting of coupons and deals.
• Coordinate with Amazon Creators and Influencers to drive product collaborations and content approvals.
• Resolve Seller Central cases, handle Brand Registry issues, and manage buyer communications and claims.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
• Deep knowledge of Amazon policies and operational best practices.
• English: C1 (Excellent written communication) required.
• Availability: Must be able to work 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
