Senior Manager, Finance (Fintech)

TL;DR

Senior Manager, Finance (Fintech): Delivering robust analysis and insights to the Executive Leadership team, working cross-functionally across Evergreen and Emerging brands at hirify.global with an accent on forecasting revenue and analyzing business performance. Focus on driving key decisions that drive the company’s growth.

Location: Hybrid in Vancouver, British Columbia. Must work together IRL in Dallas or Vancouver offices 3 days/week.

Salary: $101,000 - $141,500 a year

What you will do

• Lead the development of materials for business reviews with the E&E executive teams.
• Drive long term strategic planning.
• Present clear narratives on financial performance that accurately reflect underlying trends, product initiatives and progress against strategic goals.
• Review product and marketing initiatives to accurately assess ROI and drive the efficient allocation of company resources to achieve strategic objectives.
• Prepare detailed and accurate forecasts and maintain the accuracy of key financial metrics to support long term strategic planning.
• Partner closely with leaders across the organization to identify opportunities, support initiatives and provide key decision support.

Requirements

• 6+ years in FP&A, Business Analysis, Consulting, or Investment Banking (preferably in tech and/or a consumer focused subscription business).
• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or related field (CPA, CFA or MBA considered an asset).
• Experience leading a strategic finance function, with ownership of an entire P&L.
• Experience leading and managing high performance teams.
• Advanced Excel modeling and the ability to build engaging presentations using google slides.
• Experience and skills required to work with large datasets, including experience with SQL, BigQuery and Tableau.
