Location: Remote Canada

Salary: $173,000 - $233,000 CAD per year

What you will do

  • Partner with Product, Growth Analytics, and Credit teams to influence product strategy and GTM execution.
  • Develop and evolve monetization and user growth models for direct-to-consumer channels.
  • Lead top-line planning, including target setting, forecasting, and executive reporting.
  • Analyze transactional unit economics and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) to guide resource allocation.
  • Build automated dashboards and analytical frameworks to improve organizational visibility.
  • Synthesize complex data into narratives that inform strategic senior-level decisions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or data analytics.
  • Must be based in Canada.
  • Expertise in financial modeling and working knowledge of SQL.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team of analysts.
  • Experience partnering with and influencing senior cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with consumer finance or D2C business metrics.
  • Experience using AI-driven tools like Cursor or Claude Code for analysis.
  • Prior experience leading high-performing teams.
