Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY (Hybrid)
Salary: $130,000–$160,000 (Base) + variable OTE

What you will do
- Cultivate and manage a robust pipeline of new business within the digital payments, ecommerce, and merchant services sectors.
- Navigate complex, end-to-end sales processes ranging from initial solution scoping to final contract negotiation.
- Partner with senior leadership and the marketing team to execute account-based marketing initiatives and strategic planning.
- Articulate contractual, technical, and financial value propositions to executive-level stakeholders.
- Drive product and business strategy by synthesizing customer feedback for internal product teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of direct sales experience, specifically within the digital payments industry.
- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding aggressive sales quotas.
- Strong ability to communicate complex value propositions to diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven track record in forecasting and managing revenue in a high-growth environment.
- Ability to operate effectively in a hybrid office setting in SF or NYC.
