What you will do

  • Provide strategic legal guidance across commercial teams and internal brands.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of enterprise-level agreements, including SaaS contracts, NDAs, and BAAs.
  • Manage risk assessment and internal governance policies in response to the changing regulatory environment.
  • Partner with external counsel and regulatory advisors on complex legal matters.
  • Advise executive leadership on strategic business decisions with a legal lens.
  • Develop and implement proactive solutions for various business challenges.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate degree and a law license in good standing in at least one US state.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in healthcare law, data privacy, or transactional law.
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Ability to distill complex legal concepts into clear, actionable advice.
  • Deep experience with contract redlining and technology license reviews.

Nice to have

  • Experience with pharmacy or PBM practices.
  • Familiarity with AI regulations.
