Salary: $130,000 – $180,000 per year

What you will do

• Review and negotiate commercial contracts, including SaaS, vendor, and distribution agreements.
• Provide legal advice to product and engineering teams to support new product launches.
• Manage the privacy program by drafting DPAs and ensuring compliance with data privacy laws.
• Develop and maintain customer-facing documentation, such as terms of service and disclaimers.
• Assess and mitigate legal risks associated with product updates and new features.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align legal strategies with business goals.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
• 4-8 years of legal experience focusing on technology and product counseling.
• Strong background in commercial contracting and tech transactions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Must have valid US work authorization (no visa sponsorship provided).
