What you will do

• Oversee regulatory change management by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting federal and state healthcare legislation.
• Assess the impact of regulatory developments on organizational strategy, operations, and provider relationships.
• Manage organizational licensing activities, including initial applications, renewals, and compliance.
• Provide legal support for provider relations contracting, including drafting and negotiating provider agreements.
• Partner with compliance, government affairs, and operations teams to proactively mitigate legal risks.
• Deliver clear legal guidance and recommendations to senior leadership and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house setting.
• Juris Doctorate (JD) and active admission to the bar in at least one state in good standing.
• In-depth knowledge of HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, False Claims Act, and Federal Anti-Kickback Statute.
• Experience working with PBMs and related healthcare laws.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Excellent written and oral professional communication skills.
