What you will do
- Execute 100-150 daily cold calls to property owners and real estate agents.
- Engage in 3-5 minute rapport-building conversations to gather property details.
- Schedule appointments between qualified sellers and the internal acquisition team.
- Maintain detailed call notes and activity logs in spreadsheets.
- Generate 5-10 qualified leads on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with lead generation specialists to optimize outreach campaigns.
Requirements
- Must be able to work 9 AM - 6 PM Tampa, Florida time zone.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume cold calling and appointment setting.
- Proficiency with VOIP and automated dialer systems.
- Strong grasp of real estate terminology and sales processes.
- Resilience and the ability to maintain a positive attitude when handling rejection.
